Service area:  Bland, Bristol, Buchanan, Carroll, Dickenson, Floyd, Galax City, Giles, Grayson, Lee, Montgomery, Norton City, Pulaski, Radford City, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise, Wythe
Can interpreters can be provided? Applying for services by telephone or in-person and for court representation
Wheelchair accessible? Y
Service guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

  The liquid and non-liquid assets of any applicant must be below our Asset Guidelines.
 
SVLAS never charges an attorney fee but clients must pay any court costs.
 
 
TYPE OF HELP
This office provides the following services:
 
  Full Legal Representation- As determined by facts of case and in accordance with our Service Delivery Plan
  Brief Advice- Brief advice provided in most civil cases.
