Through legal advocacy and education, the Virginia Justice Center supports the efforts of hard-working farmworkers, day laborers, and low-wage immigrant workers to defend their rights in the workplace.

We seek to remedy unfair labor practices, and assist workers who face discrimination and exploitation because of their immigration status.
