The JustChildren Program is dedicated to making sure that Virginia’s young people, through legal and community advocacy, receive the help and support they need to be successful in their communities, and live their lives free from discrimination on the basis of race, disability or socio-economic status.

In the past year, we have set up offices in Richmond and Petersburg to address the needs of at-risk youth, many of who are not receiving the education services that they deserve.

We are in the process of extending our advocacy work statewide to address some of the larger issues that children face in school districts across the state.
